Yamaha FZS 25 Review:- Yamaha FZS 25is a Road bike available in 2 variants and 4 colours. The price of FZS 25starts at Rs. The price of the top variant in India starts from Rs.1,84,979. 1,90,036. Yamaha FZS 25is powered by a 249cc BS6 motor that produces 20.51 bhp power and 20.1 Nm torque. With both front and rear circle brakes, the Yamaha FZS 25thinks against locking up the slow motion mechanism. The FZS 25bike has a 14 liter fuel tank and weighs 153 kg.

Yamaha Engine India has launched the 2022 FZS 25 in the Indian market. Similar to its predecessor, the latest quarter-litre model will be offered in two variants: FZS 25 and FZS 25. The FZS 25 was first introduced in July 2020 alongside the BS6-compliant FZS 25. Apart from this, the company had also cut the prices of these bikes by up to Rs 19,300 last year. Currently, the Indian subsidiary of the Japanese bike maker has launched the refreshed FZS 25.

The FZS 25 has a few features to back up its touring capabilities, including a tall visor for better air redirection, duplicating monitors and gold-painted wheels out of control. Engine & Performance

The FZS 25 is powered by a 249cc single-chamber, air-cooled motor that produces 20.8PS and 20.1Nm. This engine is mated to a five-speed gearbox. The FZS 25 range retains the BS6-compliant 249cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, SOHC engine that generates 20.5bhp at 8,000 rpm and 20.1Nm of peak torque at 6,000 rpm. The mechanical specifications are also unchanged.

A 249cc single-cylinder, air-cooled motor powers the FZS 25, which produces 20.8 PS and 20.1 Nm. The motor comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. Slip-and-assist clutch and slippers are not available. The Yamaha FZS 25 and FZS 25 draw power from the same 249 cc, air-cooled, SOHC, single-chamber motor with fuel infusion. The motor produces 20.5 bhp at 8000 rpm and 20.1 Nm of peak torque at 6000 rpm. The motor is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Braking & Suspension

Suspension duties are taken care of by adjustable front forks and preload-movable back mono-shock, while safety duties are met by single plates on the two closers. The FZS 25 is supported by a telescopic fork and an adjustable monoshock with seven stages of preload. The slow speed duties are shared by 282 mm front and 220 mm rear plate brakes with the safety net of double channel ABS. Yamaha has equipped the bike with 100 area front tire and 140 area rear tyre. In any case, there are also no spiral tires available as an option.

Yamaha FZS 25 and FZS 25 offer similar equipment which includes adjustable forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Slowdown is handled by a 282mm disc at the front and a 220mm plate at the rear. Double channel ABS has been introduced in the bike as standard.

Design & Style

The Yamaha FZS 25 gets styling changes that include revised headlamp bunch with bi-practical dipped lighting, new restyled LCD instrument console, underside cowl and a side-stand motor cut-off switch. The solid stance, bulbous gas tank, level handlebar and split seats have been retained from the more established models. The Yamaha FZ sports regular road warrior styling with a sharp face, sharp lines and bold cuts. In terms of style, this bike looks largely the same as before. However, the front sash of the cruiser has been completely redesigned.

The new Yamaha FZS 25 differentiates itself from the standard model with a longer visor, gold-finished alloy wheels and brushed monitor detail on the handle holds. The FZS 25currently gets another headlamp arrangement with daytime running LEDs and a Drove projector which has been borrowed from the MT-15. The FZS 25also gets another gut container as standard. As mentioned earlier, Standard and “S” are the two variants currently available. Three color options, Patina Green, Matte Blue and Matte White, are available for the S model. Apart from this, smoked visor and knuckle monitor are also available in the S variant. The standard variation is offered in various straight blue and dark color options.
